Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Sales Manager to lead, coach, and inspire our sales team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in real estate sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and mentor real estate sales agents.
  • Set sales goals, monitor performance, and implement strategies to achieve targets.
  • Oversee marketing and lead generation efforts to boost sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners.
  • Provide regular performance reports and market insights to management.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws, policies, and ethical practices.

Qualifications:

  • At least 72 college units completed (any course)
  • Willing to be accredited under a licensed broker
  • Proven experience in real estate sales (managerial experience preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
  • Ability to create and implement effective sales strategies
  • With at least 5 salesperson.
