  • Responsibilities:
    • Provide expert guidance on T&S policies, interpreting complex regulations and recommending actionable solutions to operations, quality, and LX teams.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze policy effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and design practical solutions to enhance efficiency and consistency.
    • Act as a policy advisor, offering concise recommendations that balance user safety, product goals, and commercial realities.
    • Monitor emerging trends and regulatory developments, providing data-driven suggestions to refine policies and programs.
  • Qualifications:
    • Demonstrated experience in T&S policy, operations, content moderation, or a similar analytical and operational role.
    • Proven ability to create and refine policy in partnership with large-scale operations or BPO environments.
    • Exceptional organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing directions with limited guidance.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex policy concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
