Key Role Overview

As a Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for driving performance-focused creative direction for paid media clients.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop winning ad concepts and analyze creative performance data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Conduct research to fuel creative ideation and ensure relevance.
  • Create clear, inspiring strategic briefs and direction for designers and creators.
  • Manage the delivery of creative projects from concept to execution, ensuring assets are on-brief, on-brand, and on-time.
  • Review content to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with performance goals and platform best practices.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing (e.g. Creative Strategy, Media Buying, Growth Marketing)
  • A strong understanding of creative's role in driving performance across paid platforms
  • Proven ability to analyze ad metrics and translate them into actionable creative direction
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A blend of strategic thinking and creative instincts
