As a Freelance Paid Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and executing paid marketing strategies that drive conversions and revenue growth across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance and implement strategies to enhance conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
  • Formulate audience segmentation strategies to boost engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-converting ad assets.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in paid marketing with a strong focus on conversion optimization.
  • Proficiency in managing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other relevant platforms.
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
