About the Role

The Onboarding Administrator will play a pivotal role in facilitating the seamless onboarding process for our brokers. This dynamic position requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by consistently following up with brokers, maintaining regular contact, and addressing their queries via phone or email.
  • Assist brokers in completing their application documents by collecting, reviewing, and uploading all required paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate data management by updating internal databases and tracking sheets.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by working closely with the Team Leader.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or administrative role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • An outstanding customer service orientation.
