About This Role

We're seeking a seasoned affiliate growth expert to scale our creator and partner ecosystem. This position combines affiliate program management, TikTok Shop setup, influencer partnerships, and user-generated content pipeline building.

You'll launch and manage our TikTok Shop from scratch, grow affiliate networks, and turn creators into revenue-driving partners. If you've set up or managed TikTok Shops before and excel at building systems from the ground up, this is your chance to own the process end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities
  • Launch and manage TikTok Shop/Seller Center from scratch (catalog, listings, payouts, workflows).
  • Develop commission structures and creator onboarding flows.
  • Launch Spark Ads from top-performing UGC, test hooks/angles, and scale winning campaigns.
  • Collaborate with designers to refine product listings, visuals, and ad creatives for maximum conversion.
Affiliate Program Management
  • Manage and scale affiliate programs on ShareASale, UpPromote, and similar platforms.
  • Recruit, activate, and retain high-performing affiliates across YouTube, SEO, blogs, and niche communities.
  • Design and run leaderboards, contests, referral bonuses, and re-activation campaigns to drive consistent sales.
  • Maintain accurate attribution, payouts, and dashboards, reporting performance weekly.
Creator & Community Leadership
  • Build and manage a central hub (Slack/Discord) for affiliates and creators.
  • Keep partners engaged with campaign briefs, contests, AMAs, newsletters, and shoutouts.
  • Source, vet, and brief creators for reviews, unboxings, lifestyle content, and testimonials.
  • Collaborate with design/editing to categorize UGC (problem-solution, testimonial, demo) and repurpose across ads, PDPs, email, and social.
Collaboration & Operations
  • Work directly with leadership to align goals, timelines, and resources.
  • Develop and refine SOPs for seeding, creator approvals, content briefs, and payout cycles.
  • Share insights and actionable growth reports with leadership weekly.
You'll Thrive Here If You…
  • Have 3+ years in affiliate/influencer marketing; TikTok Shop/Seller Center experience from setup to scale is highly valued.
  • Are fluent with ShareASale, UpPromote (or similar) and know how to design incentives, tiers, and contests that drive revenue.
  • Can outreach like a pro (TikTok & YouTube), nurture relationships, and keep creators/affiliates engaged and active.
  • Are data-driven: comfortable with UTM structures, platform attribution, cohort/ROI insights, and weekly reporting.
  • Communicate authentically (no buzzword salad), execute fast, and own outcomes with minimal hand-holding.

  • The first month includes a training/trial period with scaled pay.
  • Payments are made weekly via PayPal or bi-weekly via Wise.
