Job Opportunity: Affiliate Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Affiliate Marketing Specialist to drive growth and optimize performance for our e-commerce business.

This role involves managing, launching, and continuously optimizing Affiliate campaigns across various networks and platforms.

  • Develop strategic partnerships with Affiliate networks and optimize commission structures to balance incentives with profitability goals.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to analyze partner performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure content is optimized for performance and aligned with seasonal product launches.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in paid media and e-commerce ad tech, recommending new platform tests and growth tactics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, ideally in marketing or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns in an e-commerce environment.
  • Proven expertise in Affiliate marketing, including network management, commission optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, campaign reporting tools, and performance analytics.
