At August 99, we're seeking a skilled VIP Web Consultant to support our high-end clients. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless website production processes.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients through the website production process until launch.
  • Act as the bridge between clients and our production team.
  • Ensure projects remain within scope.
  • Report progress to clients on a regular basis.
  • Proactively suggest improvements to clients' online presence.
  • Design aesthetically pleasing and functional homepage, inner pages, and custom requests in collaboration with clients.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with our Los Angeles office by phone & email.
  • Anticipate errors in projects and drive their resolution.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. If you have a background in customer support and can work with minimal supervision, we'd love to hear from you

Requirements:
  • 1+ year experience in customer support servicing US/North America clients.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a neutral North American accent.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills are a must.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus, as is familiarity with real estate terminologies.
