Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications in relevant web technologies or agile methodologies are a plus.
  • Minimum of 9 years in web development with proven expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly and React.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing technical teams and enforcing coding quality through rigorous code reviews.
  • Ability to guide technical teams, mentor junior developers, and enforce high coding standards.
  • In-depth knowledge of , React, and modern web development practices with a strong focus on performance optimization and security.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with both technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
  • Deep understanding of Scrum and agile methodologies to drive efficient project management.
  • Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup).
