Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Developer to lead the development and optimization of our web applications. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in both front-end and back-end technologies, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead junior developers.


Key Responsibilities:

Web Development & Maintenance

  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications and websites.
  • Write clean, efficient, and scalable code for both front-end and back-end systems.
  • Ensure cross-platform and cross-browser compatibility.

System Architecture & Integration

  • Develop APIs and integrate third-party services as required.
  • Optimize database structures and server-side functionalities for speed and reliability.
  • Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and system updates.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor a team of junior developers.
  • Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions.
  • Coordinate with project managers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

Quality Assurance & Security

  • Conduct unit and integration testing.
  • Implement best practices in security, performance, and scalability.
  • Monitor and resolve bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in web development, with 2+ years in a senior or lead role.

  • Strong expertise in:

  • Front-end: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React, Angular, or

  • Back-end: PHP (Laravel, Symfony), , or Python (Django, Flask)
  • Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
  • Version Control: Git / GitHub / GitLab
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
