Purchase Order Specialist

**Job Opportunity:**
ADMs Purchasing Intern plays a key role in supporting the procurement team by assisting with Purchase Orders (POs), vendor communication, data accuracy, market research, and documentation.
This is an excellent opportunity for students or graduates to gain valuable experience in procurement and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with Purchase Orders (POs) by ensuring accuracy in order details and pricing.
- Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes and resolve any issues related to deliveries or discrepancies.
- Enter and update procurement data in our systems.
- Conduct market research to support procurement decisions.
- Maintain organized records.
- Assist the procurement team with various administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
