About the Role

We're building a high-impact team focused on delivering cutting-edge HR automation solutions.

As an Automation Developer, you'll be trusted to design and implement complex automations that drive real transformation in HR processes.

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of automation solutions for high-priority HR needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Create robust, scalable, and maintainable automations with clear documentation.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to peer reviews to maintain high quality standards.
  • Recommend and trial new approaches, tools, or features that enhance delivery.
Key Responsibilities

You'll work closely with stakeholders to ensure each solution delivers maximum impact while contributing to reusable components and best practices.

You'll use UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform (including Copilot Studio) to design, build, test, and refine automations that make our services faster, simpler, and more engaging for employees.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience delivering automation solutions with UiPath and/or Power Platform.
  • Ability to design solutions balancing impact, maintainability, and ease of use.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Experience supporting colleagues through technical guidance or mentoring.
