Digital Email Strategist

This role is ideal for a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional who can oversee our email communications strategy, focusing on deliverability, content creation, and performance optimization.
Key responsibilities include managing and monitoring email domains, IP reputation, and inbox placement. Implementing SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements are also essential tasks.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating and refining email templates and content, developing compelling subject lines, copy, and CTAs. Running A/B testing across content and design is another crucial aspect of this role.
Furthermore, the individual will launch and manage multi-segmented campaigns, track click-throughs, portal logins, and inbound calls. They will own UTM parameter setup and reporting, providing insights to optimize performance.
Cross-team collaboration is vital in ensuring campaigns align with compliance and business goals. The ability to provide regular reporting dashboards to leadership is also an essential requirement.
