Job Title: E-commerce Specialist/Digital Marketer

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Strategist to manage our online sales platforms, develop digital marketing plans, and drive traffic and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • E-commerce Management: Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and sales across various channels.
  • Content Creation: Create compelling content for product descriptions, social media posts, email campaigns, and other digital marketing materials.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
  • SEO and SEM: Optimize website content and product listings for search engines and manage PPC campaigns.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, segmenting lists and targeting specific customer groups.
  • Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor social media metrics.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience on our e-commerce platforms.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist or E-commerce Specialist.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and SEO/SEM techniques.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Creative mindset and ability to create engaging content.
