
Full-Time Remote Customer Service Associate

MCI is seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to fill a temporary, remote position as customer service representatives. This role requires the ability to apply the latest customer service techniques and learn our account management systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers with service inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Develop knowledge of common requests and solutions to improve customer satisfaction
- Continuously improve the customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Utilize service techniques and systems to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Escalate complex customer dissatisfaction to proper channels for resolution
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems
- Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues effectively
- An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
- Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
- Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team orientation and customer focus
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment where change and ambiguity prevail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers alike
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this role, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
