Talent Acquisition Manager

Are you a highly organized and proactive professional looking for a challenging role? We are seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee and optimize our recruitment operations.

  • Develop and implement efficient and compliant recruitment processes, workflows, and documentation.

  • Manage and optimize our applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment-related technologies.

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within our recruitment systems.

  • Oversee vendor relationships related to recruitment (e.g., job boards, background check providers).

  • Coordinate the logistics of recruitment events and activities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training and resources to hiring managers and recruiters on best practices in interviewing, candidate assessment, and recruitment processes.

  • Create and maintain interview guides, scorecards, and other relevant tools.

  • Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends, technologies, and legal requirements, and share knowledge with the team.

  • Leverage AI-driven insights for talent intelligence and predictive analytics.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.

  • Proven experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, technologies (including AI), talent intelligence, and analytics.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and track ROI.

  • Experience in developing and executing employer branding initiatives.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
