Key Responsibilities of the Customer Success Manager Role

Requirements for Success

At least 4 years of experience in customer success or outbound sales roles is required. Familiarity with technical products, particularly luxury systems, is also necessary. Discussing high-ticket upgrades over $20K is a comfortable requirement.
