We are seeking a seasoned financial management expert to oversee key financial functions, ensure accuracy and support our growth. This mid-senior level role requires a high degree of independence, accountability and strong work ethic.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and driven Financial Controller to join our management team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, performing bank and account reconciliations, conducting cash flow analysis to ensure liquidity and financial stability and supporting Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) initiatives, including budgeting and forecasting.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA, ACCA or CMA certification preferred
  • Proven experience (3-5+ years) in financial management, accounting or controlling roles
  • QuickBooks experience required; Stride Retail (Odoo) knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with ERP and accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
