Job Overview

A finance professional with analytical expertise is sought after to spearhead financial analysis and reporting initiatives. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for conducting market analysis, maintaining accurate and reliable reporting tools, and preparing data-driven presentations for senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough market analysis using company and syndicated data to assess pricing impacts on market share and performance.
  2. Maintain and ensure accuracy of reporting tools, dashboards, and analytical reports by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  3. Extract and analyze complex financial data using SQL for custom reporting purposes.
  4. Prepare in-depth presentations for regular sales meetings, validating data accuracy and providing actionable insights.
  5. Develop departmental procedures and performance metrics to drive business growth.
  6. Forecast and analyze sales, financial trends, and general business conditions to inform strategic decisions.
  7. Prepare comprehensive project plans, research findings, and recommendations for senior management.
  8. Conduct special financial and business studies as needed to address emerging challenges or opportunities.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or related roles.
  3. Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas), PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. 5+ years of relevant experience, including business analytics and financial modeling.
  2. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with ability to connect to external data sources.
  3. Experience in SQL for data extraction from enterprise databases.
  4. Knowledge of pricing and revenue management concepts for consumer goods.
  5. Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
