Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and drive the implementation of new systems and solutions.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to identify and implement IT initiatives.
  • Contribute to business transformation efforts and help develop strategic projects.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and document business processes, including technical documentation and process maps.
  • Prepare functional business specifications for development teams.
  • Configure and set up systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Conduct unit testing and quality assurance for developed features.
  • Design and develop reporting tools and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights into business trends.
  • Test and implement new system functions, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Provide training and support for employees on new systems and processes.
  • Offer hyper-care support during system deployments and go-live phases.
  • Manage and troubleshoot daily IT operations and system issues promptly.
  • Participate in disaster recovery rehearsals, cycle counts, warehouse migrations, and peak volume periods.
Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management principles.
  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related technologies.
  • Able to write and execute basic SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with EDI or API integration concepts.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a positive attitude.
  • Willingsness to travel for business purposes.
