Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns that boost brand awareness, generate leads, and increase website traffic. They oversee the team and projects to support digital marketing efforts, mentoring and guiding team members to achieve goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and leading the digital marketing team to achieve successful results.
  • Improving and approving advertising campaigns to strengthen digital marketing initiatives.
  • Identifying new online and digital marketing channels to stay updated with the latest trends.
  • Supporting sales and lead generation initiatives through intentional lead generation strategies.
  • Building and sustaining brand awareness and recall among current and prospect customers.
  • Conceptualizing and communicating marketing plans and promotions with regional marketing managers.
  • Approving content calendars and planning for implementation.
  • Evaluating digital market strategies and suggesting improvements when necessary.
  • Researching demand for the organization's products and services by understanding different industries and sectors.
