About the Role

As an Administrative Officer I (Supply Officer I) with the DSWD Central Office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of government properties. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare documents related to real property management and update records in PREMIS.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Document Preparation: Prepare reports, letters, and memoranda as required for inventory and disposal of properties.
  2. Record Updates: Update property records in PREMIS to ensure accurate information.
  3. Sectional Support: Assist in general functions of the section, such as providing secretariat services to committees and submitting reports.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree relevant to the job.
  • Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) Second Level Eligibility.
  • Preferred Qualification Standards: Bachelor's degree in Social Science or other related course, one year of relevant experience, four hours of relevant training.
