Building Administration Officer

As a Building Administration Officer, your role is to make sure our mall is always in tip-top shape. This means keeping everything clean, safe, and organized, including our amenities, utilities, and equipment. By doing so, we can reach our business goals and provide a great experience for our customers.
Responsibilities- Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the mall
- Maintain amenities, utilities, and equipment
- Support business goals and customer experience
- At least two (2) years of work experience in building/property administration or the same field
- Licensed Engineer is preferred
- Must have working knowledge in building/property administration, facilities management, housekeeping services, and engineering maintenance services
- Graduate of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Environmental Engineering, Architecture, Building Maintenance Technology, or any business-related course
