Job Description:

The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Officer IV to join its team. This role involves monitoring the Property Supply and Asset Management Division, preparing documents for property management issues, and ensuring accurate records in PREMIS.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of computer systems, including MS Excel and Access, as well as experience in property management and supervisory/leadership roles. The ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive work attitude is essential for success in this position.

The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting the Section Head or Administrative Officer V, validating data accuracy, and demonstrating expertise in property management rules and regulations.
