Marketing Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled marketing manager to lead our marketing initiatives from end-to-end. This is a full-time remote position that requires a high level of autonomy and excellent communication skills.

Job Description

This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across all channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Develop and own the digital marketing strategy
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Identify and segment target audiences
  • Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and track results
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience managing successful campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and/or LinkedIn
  • Strong copywriting and content strategy skills
  • Expert-level experience with HubSpot for CRM, email marketing, pipeline reporting, and lead nurturing
  • Advanced understanding of analytics platforms (GA4, Facebook Pixel, UTM tracking)
