Analytics Officer Role

Our organization is seeking a skilled Analytics Officer to support data-driven business strategies in retail lending.

  • Develop, deploy, and monitor risk and decision models for credit life cycle management.
  • Integrate analytics frameworks with reporting tools to transform data into real-time dashboards and regular reports.
  • Establish standards and controls for data documentation, maintenance, security, and sustainability.
  • Propose and execute new lending programs backed by market research and portfolio metrics analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Risk Management Support: Drive the development, validation, and user acceptance testing of credit models.
  2. Data Management: Extract accurate data from various systems to develop and publish reports and dashboards.
  3. Business/Planning/Strategy: Support the development of various studies and analytics projects to drive market expansion and policy refinements.
  4. Service Delivery: Plan and deliver all analytics projects and/or reports by the department.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations and understanding of other divisions on projects/reports/dashboards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mathematical Sciences, Physics, Economics, or Engineering.
  • Proficiency in SAS, R, Tableau, Power-BI, Python, and other data programming, BI tools, and data visualization tools.
  • 1-2 years work experience in Data Analytics/Business Intelligence Solution Delivery, preferably in consumer business.
