About the Role

This role requires expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and analytical techniques. The ideal candidate will have experience leading technical teams and delivering complex analytical projects.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop data-driven solutions to drive business growth.

In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy advanced analytics solutions that drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Model Development:

  • Develop complex models for segmentation, propensity, forecasting, and optimization.
  • Implement machine learning methodologies for structured and unstructured data insights.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy advanced analytics solutions.

Analytical Framework Development:

  • Design experimental frameworks to test business hypotheses and validate analytical approaches.
  • Develop interpretable outputs with appropriate visualizations for stakeholder communication.

Quality Assurance & Methodology:

  • Establish quality standards and validation frameworks for analytical model development.
  • Drive adoption of best practices in statistical modeling and machine learning methodologies.

Solution Delivery & Business Impact:

  • Deliver complex analytical models that drive measurable business impact and strategic decision-making.
  • Create technical documentation and specifications for model deployment and operations.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead and mentor Analytics Services team members across various analytical specializations.
  • Foster collaboration with other Data Science teams and cross-departmental coordination.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree with post-bachelor degree units or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in advanced analytics with at least 1 year in technical leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and analytical techniques.
  • Experience leading technical teams and delivering complex analytical projects.
  • Understanding of collaborative project delivery and cross-departmental coordination.
