Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team in a dynamic role that combines recruitment and people operations responsibilities.

This role will involve owning the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring seamless candidate experiences. You will utilize applicant tracking systems to manage hiring processes and provide data-driven insights. Collaboration with hiring managers is key to crafting compelling job descriptions and defining role requirements. A strong talent pipeline must be built and maintained, while also coordinating offer processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Lead recruitment for various roles and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Utilize ATS software to manage the hiring process and provide valuable insights.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft effective job descriptions.
  • Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
  • Coordinate the offer process.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support the launch of new office initiatives.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Manage employee records using HR systems.
  • Collaborate on performance management processes.
  • Support other culture, people operations, and HR initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment and people operations, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in ATS software; familiarity with platforms like Workable or Greenhouse.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
