About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst (SAP SF) to join our team. As a key member of our implementation and support team, you will be responsible for handling critical business systems, with a specific focus on SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) and/or SAP SuccessFactors.

  • Implement solutions to meet business requirements, providing effort estimates for enhancements and projects.
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation to support changes, including functional specifications and test scripts.
  • Conduct thorough testing, including unit testing, system integration, and regression testing.
  • Work closely with business users to facilitate user acceptance testing.
  • Transfer knowledge to AMS 3P Support teams to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Participate in post-project hypercare support to ensure successful go-lives.
  • Collaborate with vendors to deliver high-quality projects, enhancements, and issue resolution.
  • Respond promptly to end-users' daily queries.

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree in IT or Computer Engineering.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in implementing and configuring SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in configuration, troubleshooting, and testing.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with ability to create clear and concise user guides and process flows.
  • Proven track record of managing vendor deliverables for projects and BAU.
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM, as well as other SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Expertise in SAP HCM functionalities such as OM, PA, Timekeeping, Payroll, ESS, and MSS.
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors functionalities such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Central, PMGM, LMS, SPCDP, and Compensation.
  • Proficiency in using test management tools like qtest is a plus.
  • SAP Certification is an advantage.
  • Willngness to work in Ortigas, Pasig, with a hybrid setup.
