About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Readiness and Turnover Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless project transitions by conducting comprehensive project readiness reviews and implementing the project turnover process.

  • Responsibilities:

    ">

    The Project Readiness and Turnover Coordinator will be responsible for:

    ">
    • Implementing the project execution readiness review with Project Development, ensuring all pre-execution requirements are ready prior to acceptance of Project Execution.
    • Conducting project readiness and compliance reviews to ensure all deliverables are completed and criteria are met before advancing to the next phase gate.
    • Collaborating with all stakeholders to address any issues.
    • Developing and implementing strategies to improve the project readiness process.
    • Maintaining accurate documentation and records of project readiness activities.
    • Reporting on project readiness status to management and relevant stakeholders.
    • Facilitating Financial Investment Decision (FID) readiness reviews, preparing decision support packages, and presenting status updates to management.

  • Project Turnover:

    The Project Readiness and Turnover Coordinator will also be responsible for:

    ">
    • Conducting the implementation of the project turnover readiness process from Project Execution to Operation.
    • Facilitating project compliance reviews before project turnover to the operating business unit.
    • Coordinating with PDE departments to ensure that Operational Readiness Review requirements are complete.
    • Collaborating with all stakeholders to address any issues.
    • Developing and implementing strategies to improve the project turnover process.
    • Maintaining accurate documentation and records of project turnover activities.
    • Reporting on project turnover status to management and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineer or any related course.
  • Professional individual certification on Project Management is preferred but not required.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
