Job Title: Silkscreen Operator

About the Role:

This is a silk screen printing position where you will be responsible for setting up and preparing silk screen printing equipment for production. You will mix and apply inks according to job specifications, align screens accurately to maintain print consistency, clean and maintain screens, stencils, and printing stations.

  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
About the Team:

You will be working with designers and production managers to meet customer specifications. This role requires strong communication and teamwork skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in silk screen printing or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of silk screen printing techniques and processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
