Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy tailored to multiple hotel properties. This includes proposed approaches to achieve the business's direct booking and occupancy goals.

Key responsibilities include designing and managing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and traditional channels to increase brand awareness and bookings. The successful candidate will also oversee website content/design, SEO, and social media platforms to ensure the site supports direct booking growth.

Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with leadership to prepare estimated budgets and cost proposals for strategy implementation. They will also work closely with sales to create promotional offers/packages that drive occupancy.

The role requires building and maintaining relationships with travel agencies, online booking platforms, and strategic partners. Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and guest feedback is also essential to refine marketing and sales approaches.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing within the hospitality or hotel industry.
  • Proven track record in both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel booking platforms, digital marketing, and brand positioning.
  • Experience in sales or business development in the hospitality sector is highly advantageous.
  • Website design and content management experience (WordPress or similar preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Strong budget management and KPI reporting skills.
  • Creative mindset with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
