Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Marketing Manager/Director to lead and execute the marketing strategy for our projects. You will be responsible for managing the full marketing funnel — from acquisition to retention — across all key channels including paid ads, affiliates, content, and CRM. This role requires strong leadership skills, a proven track record in the iGaming industry, and experience managing remote teams while optimizing for ROI in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Achieve success by developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy for user acquisition and retention, overseeing and managing paid advertising campaigns, affiliate programs, content marketing, and CRM initiatives, leading and coordinating a remote marketing team, monitoring KPIs and ROI across all marketing channels and adjusting strategies accordingly, collaborating with product, design, and analytics teams to align campaigns with business goals, researching market trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities, and managing budgets efficiently and ensuring optimal resource allocation.

Essential Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing management in the crypto or iGaming industry
  • Strong leadership and remote team management experience
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems, affiliate platforms)
  • Understanding of acquisition funnels, retention strategies, and ROI optimization
  • Excellent communication, project management, and decision-making skills
