Key Responsibilities

  • Foster new business opportunities within designated regions or countries.
  • Generate project inquiries from various sources, including corporate houses, consulting firms, public and private sector entities, individuals, and non-government organizations.
  • Craft quote request forms for the design and estimation department based on customer requirements or consultant drawings to obtain project estimates.
  • Promote techno-commercial offers to customers.
  • Negotiate contracts with customers.
  • Collaborate with customers and the head office for successful and timely project execution.
  • Ensure timely payment or letter of credit for completed jobs.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and report to immediate supervisors at regular intervals.
  • Engage in marketing promotion activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in selling pre-engineered building, structural steel, project sales, or construction equipment segments.
  • Technical knowledge in civil, mechanical engineering, or architecture.
  • Proficiency in MS-Excel, Power Point, and Auto/CAD.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • People management expertise.
  • Negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and local languages.
