About This Position

As an In-House Accountant, you will oversee our company's internal finance operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. You should have a strong understanding of U.S. accounting practices and international business environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage general bookkeeping duties including journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Accurately prepare and maintain monthly management reports.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable (AP/AR), including payment processing.
  • Assist with internal budget tracking and financial forecasting.
  • Prepare and organize U.S.-based tax filings and CPA handoff documentation.
  • Communicate financial accuracy and proper coding of transactions to internal teams.
  • Support global banking workflows, including understanding U.S. and Asian banking systems.
  • Maintain audit-ready and compliant records.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of professional accounting experience.
  • Strong understanding of U.S.-based accounting practices and international business operations.
  • Proficient in cloud-based accounting software like QuickBooks Online or Xero.
  • Able to work independently and own company bookkeeping.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, process-oriented, and comfortable in a remote work environment.
  • Able to work full-time during U.S. business hours.
