Operations Financial Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced financial professional with a strong background in accounting or law to oversee and improve operational efficiency within our logistics environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Audit UPS/FedEx invoices for accuracy and discrepancies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
  • Assess software systems to ensure compliance, process efficiency, and data integrity.
  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze audit findings and develop actionable recommendations to optimize processes.
  • Develop and implement controls to prevent future discrepancies and enhance operational excellence.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience in auditing, invoicing, and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with UPS/FedEx billing systems is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in auditing tools and software, particularly MS Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:

This role requires working remotely in the US with flexible shift timings.

Compensation:

$8,400 - $9,600 Annual Salary
