Job Overview

As a Project Manager within our Service Delivery team, you will play a pivotal role in managing new orders for business customers across our range of services. This role requires effective communication, project management skills, and a deep understanding of telecommunications services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire delivery process for assigned orders, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services.
  • Coordinate with internal and contracted third-party resources to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines.
  • Regularly communicate with customers, providing clear and consistent updates throughout the entire delivery life cycle.
  • Document dependencies and priorities clearly for efficient project execution.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Delivery and/or Project Management.
  • Hands-on experience in VoIP, SDWAN Implementation, and Internet Circuit ordering with carriers.
