Ecommerce Operations Manager


 Description
  • The ideal candidate will lead ecommerce operations and marketing strategies, focusing on the US market. The role is instrumental in enhancing brand identity, optimizing digital presence, and driving significant growth in sales and customer engagement.


Responsibilities
  • Shopify Website Management
    • Oversight of daily Shopify operations to ensure seamless user experiences;
    • Building and optimizing product pages, landing pages, and funnels for mobile responsiveness and conversion;
    • Ensuring consistent and premium brand representation across all website and product pages;
    • Enhancing website SEO through on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution
    • Leading and executing META ads strategy, launching a minimum of 25 new ad variations weekly;
    • Developing and testing various offers on META ads (e.g., bundles, price points, and value propositions);
    • Creating engaging ad concepts, angles, and copy tailored to target audiences;
    • Monitoring ad performance, managing budgets, and optimizing based on data-driven insights;
    • Collaborating with the email marketing team for cohesive multi-channel campaigns to improve retention;
    • Partnering with the Social Media Manager to ensure unified messaging across platforms;
    • Coordinating with influencers and the social media team to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Customer Engagement & Growth
    • Developing customer segmentation strategies to personalize marketing efforts;
    • Using customer feedback and analytics to refine website content and ad campaigns;
    • Planning and executing engaging challenge programs, including virtual events and themed challenges to foster global participation and community engagement;
    • Supporting the release of new product launches;
    • Planning initiatives such as digital training programs designed to encourage repeat purchases from existing customers while also serving as an acquisition channel for new customers.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
    • Continuously analyzing customer behavior and identifying opportunities to improve website CRO;
    • A/B testing landing pages, ads, and product pages to maximize performance.
  • Creative and Project Management
    • Managing the creation of marketing assets, including photos, videos, and supporting materials, in collaboration with the broader team;
    • Leveraging basic to intermediate graphic design skills to assist with ad creatives, banners, and other visual assets;
    • Taking ownership of execution while collaborating with leadership for direction and feedback.
