About the Role

As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing high-volume scheduling and email prioritization

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite or founders
  • Strong calendar and inbox management skills, with ability to work across multiple time zones
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with high emotional intelligence
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to pivot quickly
