Strategic Support Partner

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to provide high-level support to our executive team. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities to anticipate and address the needs of executives.

This strategic support partner will be responsible for managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings across time zones, prioritizing engagements, and making adjustments as necessary.

In addition to calendar management, this role will involve coordinating travel arrangements, preparing itineraries, and handling logistics to ensure smooth travel experiences.

The successful candidate will act as a liaison between executives and other departments, clients, and external partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing, reviewing, and formatting documents, presentations, and reports with a high degree of professionalism and accuracy.
  • Assisting with email management, ensuring priority messages are flagged and responses are timely.
  • Overseeing and tracking project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements include:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, supporting C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex schedules and high-level projects.
  • High proficiency with office productivity software, communication tools, and scheduling platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Fully fluent in English.
