We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with key clients in the pump machinery and heavy equipment sector.

Job Summary: As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and expanding the company's market presence within the designated region.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the pump machinery and heavy equipment sector.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue goals as set by the company.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to capture them.

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution

You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key clients, and providing exceptional service and support.

Client Communication and Relationship Building

You will act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the pump machinery and heavy equipment sector.

Market Research and Analysis

You will conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs. You will use this information to develop effective sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the pump machinery and heavy equipment industry.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans.
