Overview

We are looking for a creative and analytical thinker with strong project management skills and a proven track record in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy, managing social media channels, overseeing email marketing campaigns, optimising our website, driving SEO initiatives, and managing various marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and oversee a marketing strategy aligned with our business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
  • Create and manage budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Liaise with third-party marketing agencies.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Develop and execute a robust social media strategy across all relevant platforms.
    • Create and curate engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
    • Monitor social media performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
  • Email Marketing:
    • Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
    • Segment and manage email lists to ensure targeted and personalized communication.
    • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Website Management:
    • Oversee the management and optimization of our website, ensuring it aligns with our brand and marketing goals.
    • Work with web developers to ensure the website is user-friendly, responsive, and optimized for SEO.
    • Regularly update website content to reflect current marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement an SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategy, social media, email marketing, SEO, and project management.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
