Job Title

Our client is a technology company specializing in the design, supply, and installation of electric vehicle charging infrastructure. They provide high-quality EV chargers, cables, and installation services.

We are seeking a proactive, collaborative, and self-motivated professional to join our dynamic team as a Project Coordinator - Jira Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • At least 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in a software development or IT environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2.
  • Experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence.
