Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Project Assistant. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of our projects and ensuring their successful completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination and administration, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain accurate records and reports.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the project team in planning, coordination, and execution of projects
  • Manage project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and action items
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and other logistics as needed
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for projects
  • Provide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining project files

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in project coordination or administration
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
