Job DescriptionLoftyHire is seeking a Sales Development Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for Amazon FBA sellers and play a crucial role in the client's outbound sales strategy.
The SDR will be responsible for outreach, follow-up, and CRM management, ensuring the sales team's calendar remains filled with qualified leads. If you're persuasive, organized, and thrive in fast-paced environments, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities include cold calling, follow-ups, CRM ownership, calendar coordination, and process improvement. You'll maintain meticulous records of all interactions in Pipedrive, ensure outreach is logged, follow-ups are tracked, and no lead is left behind.
RequirementsFluent English speaker with a neutral or American-sounding accent, confident on cold calls and polished in writing.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, no lead or task falls through the cracks.
Comfortable using tools like Pipedrive, Slack, Asana, Loom, Google Calendar, and Zoom.
Familiarity with Amazon FBA sellers is a strong plus.
Self-motivated, proactive, and responsive during EST working hours (9 AM-5 PM preferred).
Fast-moving, collaborative, and highly communicative.
Clear processes and scripts are provided, but you'll own your outcomes.
We use Slack and Loom for daily check-ins, questions, and async updates.
Expect high accountability and mutual trust; we delegate fully and support each other to win.
$1,200 fixed monthly rate
