We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to make calls to leads who have expressed interest in business ownership and schedule appointments with a franchise consultant.
The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and be comfortable using HubSpot and a dialer system.
Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to leads who have expressed interest in business and franchise ownership
- Set up appointments with franchise consultants to explore suitable business options
- Document and manage all activities in HubSpot CRM, including call logs and appointment details
- Follow up with potential clients via email or make additional calls as needed
- Collaborate with the sales and consulting teams to ensure a smooth transition of leads
- A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of sales or business development experience
- Previous experience in the franchise industry is a plus
- Experience in appointment setting or lead qualification is a plus
- Experience in using HubSpot CRM is essential
- Understanding of basic franchise concepts and terminology is a plus
- Neutral accent is a must for this client-facing role
- Strong telephone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills
- Comfortable in using a dialer system for outbound calls
- Ability to function in an autonomous environment—an independent worker, self-directed
