Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and personable appointment setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, setting appointments, and supporting the sales department.

Main Responsibilities
  • Prospect Outreach: Make outbound calls, send emails, and utilize other communication channels to engage potential clients.
  • Inbound Call Management: Answer inbound calls professionally, respond to inquiries, and convert incoming leads into appointments.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments or meetings between prospects, sales teams, and local dealers.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to ensure a seamless transition for the sales team.
Key Qualifications
  • A minimum of one year of appointment-setting experience.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
  • Proficiency in utilizing digital communication tools.
