Software Support Specialist II

">Job Description:

The Software Support Specialist II plays a key role in ensuring the success of our partners by providing timely and effective support. This includes assisting partners in diagnosing and resolving product issues or questions, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, resolve, and document issues.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality support to partners via email, phone, chat, cases, and remote sessions.
  • Research, analyze, and document findings to ensure accurate and efficient issue resolution.
  • Interact with partners to discuss operational challenges and evaluate business data to identify areas of opportunity to help partners optimize their business strategies.
  • Contribute to written articles for internal and external knowledge base.
  • Identify and escalate trending issues and potential software defects to leadership and development.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex issues.

  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently on projects and processes with general supervision.
  • Practical knowledge of applicable work area.
  • Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per partner requirement.
Working Conditions:

0-10% travel may be required.
