Software Quality Expert

We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Expert to join our team.

About the Role

As a Software Quality Expert, you will develop comprehensive test plans, execute manual and automated tests, identify and resolve defects, and champion software excellence. You will collaborate closely with developers, analyze requirements, and ensure that financial technology applications meet global standards.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Test Planning and Strategy: Develop detailed test plans, strategies, and test cases based on project requirements and technical specifications.
  • Manual and Automated Testing: Design, execute, and maintain both manual and automated test scripts.
  • Bug Identification and Reporting: Identify, document, and prioritize software defects using standard bug tracking tools.
  • Requirements Analysis: Participate in requirement and design review meetings to gain a comprehensive understanding of project objectives.
  • Quality Advocacy: Promote a culture of quality throughout the development cycle.

Your Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of relevant experience required.
  • Extensive knowledge of software testing processes, methodologies, and industry best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing tools.
  • Proficiency with issue tracking and test management tools.
