The Finance Specialist is responsible for managing financials, including balance sheet account review and variance analysis, standard costing, transfer pricing, budgeting, forecasting, financial advisory, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Review significant variances in major profit and loss and balance sheet accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Collect and maintain actual data on manpower costs, operational provisions (man-hours, headcount, operating supplies, rates) to inform business decisions.
  • Gather, validate, and analyze data using financial analysis tools to provide insights for management.
  • Organize and maintain historical data related to budget preparation, identifying one-time and recurring transactions to optimize financial planning.
  • Track internal orders for capital expenditures and conduct inventory counts to ensure accurate asset valuation.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or relevant education/training.
  • Preferably Certified Public Accountants (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditors (CIA).
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in Cost Accounting.
  • Knowledgeable in Management Accounting, Cost Accounting, and Supply Chain Management.
  • Willingness to work in Danao City, Cebu.
